Partybuschandler.net is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — built to make finding group transportation in Tempe Junction, Arizona dramatically easier than the old way of calling company after company and waiting on callbacks that never quite lined up. Fill out one quick form or call 602-627-0325, and you'll immediately see pricing and vehicle options from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving the East Valley and greater Phoenix metro.
Compare vehicles, packages, and rates side by side — and find what actually fits your group, your date, and your budget.
Because Partybuschandler.net isn't tied to a single fleet, you're never limited to whatever one company happens to have available on your date. That's the whole advantage. Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a Chandler Fashion Center bachelorette pickup, a 25-passenger party bus for a graduation night out on the Loop 202, or a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate shuttle circuit between downtown Tempe and the Price Road Corridor — options come to you.

Choose the Tempe Junction Bus Amenities You Need
Not every East Valley group trip calls for the same vehicle — and that's exactly why comparing options matters. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar setup, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and a premium Bluetooth sound system — the right call for a bachelorette night that starts in Chandler and works its way up to Scottsdale. A minibus brings powerful A/C and plush reclining seats in a more maneuverable package, which matters on tighter East Valley surface streets.
A full-size charter bus adds onboard restrooms, undercarriage storage for luggage, overhead bins, and WiFi — exactly what you need for a long haul out to Tucson or a multi-day conference circuit. Amenities vary by vehicle and company, so comparing options through this site lets you match the right bus to the right trip before committing to anything.

One Quick Search, Your Tempe Junction Party Bus Options
The traditional way to find a bus goes like this: search Google, find three or four local companies, call each one during business hours, re-explain your trip on every call, wait for callbacks, then try to compare quotes that were formatted completely differently. It takes days. Partybuschandler.net replaces that whole process with one form.
Fill out your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and you'll see pricing and vehicle options from a network of independently owned companies serving Tempe Junction and the East Valley, all at once. No account. No callback wait.
Available any day, any time. And if you'd rather just talk it through, a real person is available at 602-627-0325 to walk through options, explain the differences between a minibus and a charter bus, and help you figure out what actually fits your group.
Because this is a comparison site — not a fleet operator — you're never stuck with what one company has available. That means more vehicle options, more price points, and a much better shot at finding exactly what you need for the exact date you need it. That's the whole point.
Party Bus Services in Tempe Junction
From airport transfers and concert shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelorette nights, corporate events, prom, game-day shuttles, and field trips — whatever your group has planned in the East Valley, there's a bus in the network ready for it.

Tempe Junction Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034) sits roughly 10 miles northwest of Tempe Junction via the Loop 202 — close enough that groups often assume transportation is simple, and far enough that coordinating a dozen cars across Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 arrivals becomes a genuine headache. Sky Harbor's curbside commercial pickup zones are on the Arrivals level of each terminal, and the airport's official guidance is to have your group fully assembled with luggage before the bus is called to the curb — the commercial lane timing window is short. Pre-arrange the pickup point and confirm your terminal in advance so there's no confusion on arrival morning.
The bigger problem is usually the post-event return: after a convention at the Phoenix Convention Center or a game at Chase Field, rideshare surge pricing on the I-10 and Loop 202 corridors can spike fast. A charter bus handles the return run for a flat rate no matter how long the postgame traffic sits. Check the Sky Harbor airport shuttle guide for current pickup procedures and terminal-specific details before your trip.

Tempe Junction Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Tempe Junction bachelorette night usually means hitting Old Town Scottsdale — and on a Friday or Saturday, parking near Scottsdale Road and 5th Avenue ranges from nonexistent to $25+ for a garage spot that's still a 10-minute walk from the first bar. The group inevitably splits across multiple rideshares, someone ends up at the wrong address, and the night never quite finds its rhythm until 11pm.
A Chandler bachelorette party bus changes that dynamic entirely. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus picks everyone up from one spot, runs the full Old Town Scottsdale circuit — Maya Day + Nightclub, Bottled Blonde, Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row — and brings the group home when the night's done. LED lighting, a sound system, and wraparound seating mean the party is already going before the first stop.
Weekend hourly rates on a 25-passenger party bus generally run $275–$375; use the quote form for your specific date and itinerary.

Tempe Junction Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
The East Valley has a strong quinceañera and Sweet 16 culture, and a party bus arrival is one of the most talked-about moments of the night. A Chandler birthday party bus rental lets you compare vehicles by size and amenities — so the entrance matches the occasion, whether the celebration is heading to a venue in Gilbert, a reception hall in Mesa, or a dinner restaurant along the San Tan Freeway corridor.
For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th or 40th hitting multiple stops in Tempe or Scottsdale — a 20- to 30-passenger party bus keeps the group together and on schedule without anyone worrying about who's driving or where to park. Weekend rates on a 20-passenger party bus generally run $275–$350/hour. Compare options online in about 30 seconds, or call 602-627-0325 to talk through what fits your headcount and budget.

Tempe Junction Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The East Valley's biggest concert draw is Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre (2121 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255) — a 20,000-capacity outdoor venue where the post-show exit on Pima Road becomes a parking lot for 45 minutes on major show nights. Groups driving separately almost always get separated in the exit traffic, and rideshare demand spikes the moment the headliner finishes. A Tempe Junction concert bus rental keeps the group together from pickup through the ride home, and the bus stages nearby during the show so there's no scramble when it's over.
For indoor shows, Mullett Arena at ASU (475 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85281) is about 5 miles from Tempe Junction and is surrounded by ASU campus parking that fills fast on event nights. A Chandler concert bus rental handles the approach and the exit — and comparing options takes about 30 seconds online.

Tempe Junction Corporate Event Transportation
The Price Road Corridor — anchored by major employers like Intel, PayPal, and Wells Fargo between Chandler and Tempe — generates a consistent demand for employee shuttles, conference transfers, and executive group travel. The corridor runs along Price Road from Ray Road north through the Loop 202, and surface street congestion between corporate campuses and downtown Tempe hotels can easily add 30–40 minutes to a drive that looks fast on a map.
A Chandler corporate event bus rental handles multi-stop shuttle circuits cleanly — whether that's looping employees between a Chandler campus and a Tempe conference hotel, or running a one-way transfer from a Sky Harbor arrival gate to a Price Road office park. A minibus works well for executive group transfers (no need to coordinate individual rideshares), while a full charter bus is the right call when headcounts exceed 30 and luggage is in the mix. Call 602-627-0325 to discuss a custom corporate shuttle package.

Tempe Junction Private Event Transportation Services
The Chandler area hosts several annual events where transportation logistics get genuinely complicated. The Ostrich Festival in Chandler (typically held in March, now hosted at Rawhide Western Town and Event Center, 5700 W. North Loop Rd) draws crowds of 75,000+ across three days — on-site parking fills fast on peak days. Groups arriving by Chandler private event charter bus can be dropped near the entrance and picked up at a pre-arranged staging point, bypassing the parking crunch entirely.
The Chandler Jazz Festival (April, downtown Chandler around Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard) closes multiple downtown streets, which means individual cars are circling for parking in a grid that's suddenly much smaller. A charter bus or minibus drops your group in the heart of the event district without anyone spending 20 minutes hunting for a spot on a side street in the Ocotillo neighborhood. Book early for both events — inventory in the East Valley gets thin fast around March and April weekends.

Tempe Junction Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
The East Valley's high school prom season runs April through mid-May, and within that window schools across Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Tempe all compete for the same vehicles on the same weekends. Demand peaks hard during that stretch — and waiting until March to book is how groups end up with limited options and elevated rates. For prom: book by December.
That's not an exaggeration. The groups that lock in a bus in the fall get the best vehicle selection and the best pricing. The groups that call in April find out inventory is already thin.
A Chandler prom party bus rental lets you compare vehicle sizes and rates from multiple companies — so you're not stuck with whatever one fleet has left. Call 602-627-0325 now to check availability for your prom date before the window closes.

Tempe Junction School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The East Valley is packed with field trip destinations worth the drive: the Wild Horse Pass resort and cultural corridor along the Gila River, the Arizona Museum of Natural History in Mesa (53 N Macdonald, Mesa, AZ 85201), and Rawhide Western Town in Chandler at 5700 W. North Loop Rd. For any of these, a charter bus or minibus through this site keeps students together, eliminates the parent carpool coordination, and gives teachers a place to manage the group from pickup to return drop-off.
A Chandler school event bus rental on a 40–56 passenger charter bus typically runs $200–$350/hour — often competitive with reimbursing families for mileage once the headcount gets above 30. Charter buses in the network include overhead storage for backpacks and lunch boxes, climate control for Arizona heat, and ADA-accessible options; mention accessibility needs when you request a quote. Call 602-627-0325 to get a custom quote for your school's specific date and route.

Tempe Junction Sporting Event Transportation
Chase Field (401 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) sits about 12 miles from Tempe Junction via the Loop 202 to I-10, and the parking situation near the ballpark on game nights is genuinely unpleasant — the closest garages run $20–$40 and fill before first pitch on popular match-ups, leaving late arrivals circling downtown Phoenix surface streets. A Chandler sporting event charter bus drops your group at the Jefferson Street entrance and stages nearby, so the postgame exit is already handled when the last out is recorded. Check out the Chase Field bus rental guide for drop-off and parking specifics before your visit.
For ASU Sun Devils games at Sun Devil Stadium (500 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85287) — roughly 6 miles from Tempe Junction — campus parking sells out early on rivalry weekends, and the post-game pedestrian traffic on Stadium Drive and University Drive backs up rideshare queues significantly. The Sun Devil Stadium bus rental guide covers the approach and staging details. For Phoenix Suns games at Footprint Center (201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004), the same downtown Phoenix parking math applies — a party bus or charter bus handles the round trip for a flat rate while everyone else pays garage prices and waits in rideshare queues.
Call 602-627-0325 for game-day availability.

Tempe Junction Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The East Valley has no shortage of wedding venues — but a lot of them share a common problem: their ceremony and reception locations are 15–30 minutes apart on the 101 or the 202, and guests driving themselves between the two means someone inevitably gets lost, someone shows up late to cocktail hour, and someone leaves early because they can't figure out where to park at the reception.
A Chandler wedding shuttle bus solves all three of those problems at once. A minibus or charter bus runs a hotel-block shuttle to the ceremony, then moves guests to the reception, then handles the return run to the hotel at the end of the night — all on a schedule your planner controls. For the bridal party, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes the pre-ceremony ride a moment in itself.
Weekday Sprinter limo rates generally run $200–$325/hour; weekend rates run $225–$350/hour. Use the quote form or call 602-627-0325 to build a custom wedding transportation package around your specific venue timeline.

Tempe Junction Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Arizona's wine country is closer than most people realize — the Sonoita and Elgin AVA wine regions sit about 90 miles southeast of Tempe Junction via I-10, with tasting rooms clustered along AZ-83 south of Sonoita. Driving that route yourself after three or four tastings is not the move. A Chandler winery tour bus rental keeps the whole group together for the full day, handles the I-10 and AZ-83 legs, and means nobody has to be the designated non-drinker.
For groups staying closer to home, Tempe's bar district along Mill Avenue and Old Town Scottsdale's club corridor both run into the same weekend parking problem: street spots are gone by 8pm, garage rates climb to $20+ on Friday and Saturday, and the walk between stops gets long. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus picks everyone up from a single Tempe Junction or Chandler address and stages between stops — no parking, no splitting the group, no worrying about how you're getting home. Weekend rates on a 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375/hour as a planning range; get your specific quote in about a minute at 602-627-0325.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tempe Junction Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybuschandler.net helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybuschandler.net?
Partybuschandler.net is a quote-comparison website for group transportation in Tempe Junction and the East Valley. It's not a bus company and doesn't own or operate any vehicles. Instead, it gives you a single place to fill out your trip details once and see pricing and vehicle options from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving the Phoenix metro — so you're comparing options side by side instead of calling companies one at a time.
No account required, free quote, no obligation.
How does Partybuschandler.net work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations — into the online quote form. In under 30 seconds, you'll see available vehicles, pictures, packages, and pricing from transportation companies serving your area. Prefer to talk through it?
Call 602-627-0325 any time and a person will walk you through the options, explain the differences between vehicle types, and help you find what fits. No callbacks, no waiting on hold, no account needed.
How much does a party bus cost in Tempe Junction?
As a general planning range: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275/hour on weekdays. A 25-passenger party bus typically falls in the $250–$375/hour range on weekends. A full-size charter bus generally runs $200–$350/hour.
These ranges give you a baseline — the real number moves based on your date, how long you need the bus, and which vehicle you select. Fill out the quote form or call 602-627-0325 and you'll have a pricing estimate for your specific trip in about a minute.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
Party buses are built for the ride itself — wraparound perimeter seating, LED lighting, sound systems, and a social layout where everyone faces each other. They're the right fit for bachelorette nights, birthday outings, and prom. Charter buses are built for transport — forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and WiFi on many vehicles.
They're the better call for airport shuttles, sporting event groups, field trips, and any trip where luggage is involved or the group is 40+. Not sure which fits your trip? Call 602-627-0325 and a person can help you sort it out.
Do I need to know the exact pickup address to get a quote?
A general area or zip code is enough to get started. You don't need a finalized itinerary to fill out the quote form and see pricing ranges — and you're never locked in or obligated by requesting a quote. If your plans are still coming together, call 602-627-0325 and a person can walk through different scenarios with you and help you understand how pickup location and number of stops typically affect pricing.
Can I get transportation for a large group — 50 or more people?
Yes. The network includes 40–56 passenger charter buses, and multiple vehicles can be coordinated for groups that exceed a single bus's capacity. Corporate shuttles, conference transfers, school field trips, and large wedding guest lists all fall within scope.
For groups that need more than one vehicle or a multi-day shuttle circuit, calling 602-627-0325 is the fastest way to put together a custom package — the online form works well for single-bus quotes, but complex multi-vehicle logistics are easier to work through directly.
How long do I need to book?
Booking windows vary by company and vehicle type. The quote you receive will reflect the terms for that specific vehicle — so the best way to understand what applies to your trip is to fill out the form or call 602-627-0325 and ask directly. For short trips like airport transfers, a point-to-point rate may apply rather than an hourly minimum; for party bus rentals on weekend nights, longer booking windows are more common.
Get the specifics for your date and vehicle before you book.
How far in advance should I book?
For most East Valley events, 4–8 weeks of lead time gives you solid vehicle selection. For high-demand windows — prom season (April–May), the Ostrich Festival weekend in March, major ASU home football games, and New Year's Eve — book 3–6 months out. Prom in particular books out fast: the same 6-week window pulls demand from Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Tempe simultaneously, and inventory gets thin by February.
The earlier you call, the more options you'll have and the better the pricing. Call 602-627-0325 right now to check availability for your date.
Popular Tempe Junction Party Bus Destinations
Tempe Junction sits at the crossroads of some of the East Valley's most-visited venues — from Chase Field and Sun Devil Stadium to Old Town Scottsdale and the Wild Horse Pass cultural corridor. Here are six popular destinations that group trips from Tempe Junction frequently target, along with what first-timers need to know before they arrive.

Chase Field
Chase Field (401 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) is home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and sits in the heart of downtown Phoenix, about 12 miles from Tempe Junction via the Loop 202 West to I-10. The closest public parking garages — including the Chase Field Garage on 4th Street — run $20–$40 on game nights, and the blocks within walking distance of the main gate fill before first pitch on sellout games. Rideshare pickup after the final out is centered on Jefferson Street, but the queue backs up fast when 48,000 people leave at once.
A charter bus drops your group at the Jefferson Street gate and handles the postgame exit before the worst of the crowd clears. Review the Chase Field bus rental guide for current drop-off and parking details.
Address: 401 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004 | Phone: (602) 462-6500

Sun Devil Stadium
Sun Devil Stadium (500 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85287) sits on the ASU campus about 6 miles from Tempe Junction — close enough that groups sometimes underestimate how complicated game-day parking gets. Campus lots require advance parking passes on rivalry weekends, and the surface streets around Rural Road and University Drive clog up two hours before kickoff. After the game, pedestrian traffic on Stadium Drive backs up rideshare pickup times significantly.
A charter bus or party bus drops your tailgate group at the stadium approach and stages nearby, so the postgame ride is already set when the final whistle blows. The Sun Devil Stadium bus rental guide has current drop-off and lot details worth reviewing before your visit.
Address: 500 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85287 | Phone: (480) 965-2381

Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre (2121 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255) is the East Valley's premier outdoor concert venue — a 20,000-capacity amphitheater that draws major touring acts from spring through fall. On major show nights, Pima Road northbound becomes a slow crawl from the Loop 101 to the venue entrance, and the post-show exit on the same stretch regularly runs 45–60 minutes. Parking on-site runs $20–$30 for general lots, and rideshare pickup queues at the venue edge extend well past the first song of the encore.
A concert bus from Tempe Junction handles both legs, stages during the show, and sidesteps the worst of the Pima Road exit. See the Talking Stick Amphitheatre bus rental guide for drop-off and staging specifics.
Address: 2121 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 | Phone: (480) 443-7800

Wild Horse Pass
The Wild Horse Pass resort and cultural corridor — anchored by Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass (5594 W Wild Horse Pass Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85226) and Whirlwind Golf Club — sits on the Gila River Indian Community just south of Chandler, about 10 miles from Tempe Junction via the Loop 202 and I-10. It's a popular destination for corporate retreats, golf outings, and wedding receptions, and it's also home to Rawhide Western Town just to the north. The approach roads through the reservation are straightforward, but rideshare availability in this corridor is thinner than in urban Tempe or Chandler — surge pricing on weekend evenings and post-event times is common.
A charter bus handles the round trip on a flat rate. The Wild Horse Pass bus rental guide covers the approach and logistics in detail.
Address: 5594 W Wild Horse Pass Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85226 | Phone: (602) 225-0100

Rawhide Western Town
Rawhide Western Town (5700 W. North Loop Rd, Chandler, AZ 85226) is one of Arizona's longest-running family and group attractions — a Western-themed entertainment complex with a steakhouse, rides, live entertainment, and a full event venue, located in the Wild Horse Pass corridor. It draws school field trips, corporate team-building groups, and private parties, and it's about a 15-minute drive from Tempe Junction via I-10 and the Loop 202. On-site parking is generally ample, but groups arriving in multiple private cars end up staggered — someone's always late, someone parks on the wrong side of the property, and rounding everyone up at the end of the night takes longer than expected.
A charter bus or minibus keeps the entire group on the same schedule from pickup to return. See the Rawhide bus rental guide for logistics and drop-off details.
Address: 5700 W. North Loop Rd, Chandler, AZ 85226 | Phone: (480) 502-5600

Mullett Arena
Mullett Arena (475 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85281) opened on the ASU campus in 2022 and served as the home of the Arizona Coyotes through the 2023–24 season before the franchise relocated; it remains home to ASU hockey, the Valley Suns G League team, and a growing concert calendar. The arena seats approximately 5,000, which means the surrounding ASU campus parking structure fills quickly on event nights — and the venue's location deep in the campus grid makes post-event rideshare pickup complicated for anyone who hasn't done it before. ASU campus parking enforcement is active on event nights, and non-permit street spots near Veterans Way disappear early.
A party bus or minibus from Tempe Junction drops your group at the arena approach and handles the return when the event wraps. The Mullett Arena bus rental guide walks through the campus approach and drop-off specifics.
